Return Policy
  • You have 7 days from the day you receive your item for a free return.
  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:

  2. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions after approval.

→ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
  • Please check your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong.
  • We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care / beauty products
Exchanges:
Return the unwanted item first. Once we approve the return, place a new order for the item you want.
•  After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
•  If approved, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 business days.
•  Banks/credit cards may take additional time to process.
